PAIRS WITH: This is a bold, intense dark chocolate and the sea salt enhances the roasted cocoa flavor. So we suggest to go bold also with your drink. Choose a rich, red wine, full of aromas, ideally aged with tanins similar to a dark chocolate. A nice Barolo, Chinato or Merlot, could do the work. After all, you have a great excuse since both, chocolate and red wine, are known for their antioxidant powers!
