100% implies, that this is a 100% cocoa solids chocolate, containing nothing but cocoa mass and cocoa butter that the bean naturally has. But we think it’s a great way to show off the natural intensity and reveal all of the richness of the cocoa. Wonderful nutty notes burst forth in this incredibly intense chocolate. This is accompanied by a natural smooth texture that you might not expect to find in a bar with such a high percentage of cocoa, complementing the berry sharpness. Break off a small piece, let it melt on your tongue and discover the smooth texture and fruity and roasted flavor notes of pure and fine cocoa.

PAIRS WITH: For this chocolate, you can either find pairings that have a contrast profile or a similar strong rpofile. So, to balance its bitterness, choose a sweet liquer like cherry, or pair it with a nate whisky to enhanse its dominant flavor.
